I  Payment

• The artist requires 100% down payment before sketching.

• Refunds for commissioned pieces that are 3/4 done will not be granted.

II  Timeline and Scope of Work

• The artist will submit a sketch before proceeding with the final commissioned piece.

• Once the sketch has been approved, major changes to the design will not be allowed.

• The final commissioned piece will include [lineart, flat coloring, shaded if commissioned, full render/with the requested background option]

III  Changes

• Only 3 minor changes to the commissioned piece will be allowed.

• Succeeding changes will not be edited.

• Changes after the final commissioned piece has been submitted will not be edited.

IV  Copyright and Reproduction

       The artist reserves the right to:

• Include the commissioned work in portfolios, online profiles/pages, commission sheets, ect.

• Modify the pose, edit, and repurpose the commissioned piece. 

• Claim the commissioned piece as their own work.

 

       The commissioner and other parties may not:

• Include the commissioned work in portfolios, online profiles/pages, commission sheets, ect. (you may use it as an icon only if you credit the rightful artist)

• Reproduce the artwork for merchandise such as prints, T-shirts, ect. Without an agreement or contract.

• Modify, edit, and repurpose the commissioned piece.

• Claim the commissioned piece as their own work.

• Post the commissioned piece online WITHOUT proper credit to the artist (link artist site/profile)
